“Unstable”
On this planet, everything always changes. Nothing remains forever. Yet, when we become attached to something, we tend to want to keep it forever, but nothing lasts. So, when we must face unexpected losses, will we be able to withstand this law of reality?
Unstable is the duo piece between Nakarin Jaikla – performing artist and Numpark Sribunditmongkol – musician composer. They collaborated their work together into the new form of live performing art by develop from the memory of Nakarin Jaikla to his beloved grandmother who already passed away. They use the northern Thai folksong and develop into a contemporary way with an emotional dance piece that tell the story from Nakarin’s memory to the audiences.
Unstable is part of Between World which is the project that contribute artists all around the world to connect each other by using performing art as a platform, to deliver the message of the harmony in humanity like the message from Mahatma Gandhi “Happiness is when what you think, what you say, and what you do are in harmony”.
This is the second production that between world artists collaborated their work together in the theme of “Spirit across borders” By Waewdao Sirisook (Thai – American) Nakarin Jaikla (Thai-Australian), Numpark Sribunditmongkol (Thai),Witsarut Tawinno (Thai), and guest collaboration Sumesh V.M. (Indian)
