VOID 4.1 is a print and video art installation as part of the 13th International Art Festival and Workshop 2018.
The title of "VOID 4.1" came from Japanese Buddhist Philosophy of 5 element and VOID is the fifth element plus number 4.1, which is the number from Thailand 4.0 strategy. As Nakarin would like to parody that strategy so the number become 4.1 instead, to show that he has developed it further.
VIOD 4.1 combined the belief of Japanese Buddhist philosophy and Thai folk belief in the spirit. The movement of the fabric presents the energy of VOID element and the colors represent the spirit in the Thai culture.
Music by Numpark Sribanditmongkol
Print and Video edited and produced by Nakarin Jaikla
